Modern Day Jackie O

Friday, December 13

My dearest Earthlings,

This weekend is not only a meteor shower whose meteors originate from an asteroid, 3200 Phaethon, but it’s also a full moon, the Cold Moon.

You may have trouble actually seeing the meteors with the bright, bright moon, but hey, now you know they’re going to be up there.

NASA normally does a livestream for meteor showers, but it doesn’t seem like they’ve posted about one for the shower this weekend.

In any case, you can always track upcoming asteroids on NASA’s site.
